Most team members begin their journey as college room teachers where they develop deep instructional knowledge and skills and have a track record of scholar academic achievement and strong partnerships with families and team members. Once they have decided to further their leadership outside the college room we create an intentional pathway — whether within the instructional, operational, or scholar supports departments — to grow their leadership and increase their impact throughout our school community.
