We are accepting applications for all grades Kindergarten - 8th Grade!

Primary Academy (grades K-4) - Students zoned for Atlanta Public Schools or Fulton County Schools are eligible to attend Resurgence Hall.

Middle Academy (grades 5-8) - Statewide-attendance zone.

Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2027 to be eligible to enroll in Kindergarten for the 2027-2028 school year. There are no exceptions to this policy.

First grade students must be 6 years old on or before September 1, 2027 to be eligible to enroll in first grade for the 2027-2028 school year. There are no exceptions to this policy.

There are two ways to apply:

Online

Our online application is through SchoolMint. SchoolMint allows families to use the web and their iOS or Android phones and devices to submit applications, check application status, and take the next steps in the enrollment process — all from the comfort of their home or while they’re on the go. Applying online is free and simple. You are welcome to apply online, in-person at Resurgence Hall Monday-Friday when school is in session during the hours of 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Paper-based

Simply print the application from our website, complete all sections, and upload the document by email (.pdf or .jpg) to enroll@resurgencehall.org You are welcome to complete a paper-based application in-person at Resurgence Hall Monday-Friday when school is in session during the hours of 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Our Open Enrollment period is from October 1, 2026, 12 AM EST to February 1, 2027, 11 PM EST.

Our open enrollment window is designed to give all interested parents an equal opportunity for their child to attend Resurgence Hall by submitting a completed application. Following the close of open enrollment, a random selection lottery determines acceptance if the number of applications exceeds the number of open seats. If the number of applications does not exceed the number of open seats, all applicants are accepted.

Yes. Students who are siblings of currently enrolled students at Resurgence Hall are given preference.

The lottery for Resurgence Hall is Monday, February 8th, 2027, at 9:00 AM EST at Resurgence Hall. We are located at 1706 Washington Rd. East Point, GA 30344. Please note, there is no requirement for applicants and/or their representatives to be present for the lottery to receive an enrollment offer. All lottery results are released to families in the SchoolMint portal.

Results of the lottery, and waitlists by grade, will be available in each applicant’s online SchoolMint account immediately following the lottery event on February 8th, 2027 no later than 5 PM. It is the family’s responsibility to ensure that Resurgence Hall has the most updated contact information (phone and email address) in SchoolMint for notification purposes.

All students who have been granted an available seat must complete all registration requirements by the registration deadline or their seat will be forfeited.

No. Once officially enrolled, all Resurgence Hall students will remain enrolled for future years. We do require enrolled families to complete an intent to return form annually in January

We offer school tours every Thursday from October through April. Visit our Primary Academy (K–4) at 1706 Washington Road from 9:00–10:00 a.m., or our Middle Academy (5–8) at 2948 Church Street from 10:00–11:00 a.m. Both campuses are in East Point. No sign-up is required—just come to the campus you’d like to tour.
